Fera – Episode 2: “Shards of a Broken Mirror”

📝 Fera – Episode 2: “Shards of a Broken Mirror”

🌑: Looking into the mirror not just to see a face, but to confront what you’ve tried to forget.

There’s an old mirror in the hallway.
I’ve walked past it for years.
It shows my reflection — but the eyes always seemed distant.

Today, I stood still.
For the first time in ages, I really looked.

Grey streaks in my hair. A tired mouth.
But it was the guilt in my eyes that stayed.

Was I running all these years?
From a city? A person? Or... myself?

Running doesn’t offer escape.
It piles memories like glass shards behind you.
You don’t notice until you turn, and they pierce you with what you tried to bury.

There are no villains in memory — only pieces of you.
Sometimes, forgiveness starts with accepting who you were.

And so today,
I begin not by returning to a place —
but by walking back to myself.
